Building Approvals

Mary Claire Lanser
Owner

Mary Claire Lanser works for clients to obtain annexation, zoning and building approvals for commercial, industrial, and residential developments. Lanser has extensive experience with building support for public sector infrastructure projects from her eight years as a municipal elected official. As a former mayor, Lanser knows what it feels like to sit on "the other side" of plan commissions and city councils. Lanser meets with community stakeholders to provide user friendly information about the client's proposal, to identify topics of concern, and to demonstrate evidence of support to public officials. Complicated proposals become understandable. Lanser handles public relations, serves as media spokesperson, and is frequently a key presenter at public meetings.
